You’ll be supported by a dedicated two-doula team, with a shared text thread that includes you & your partner for easy communication. Your doulas are also available by phone or email as needed, so you always have guidance, reassurance, & support when questions arise.

You’ll have ongoing access to your doula team throughout pregnancy & the first three weeks postpartum via text or phone. Your doulas are here to provide guidance, reassurance & support when questions or needs arise.

2 prenatal appointments include:
1 - 1.5 hour prenatal via zoom at 30 -32 weeks
1 - 3 hr in person (in your home) prenatal planning secession/education between 36-38 weeks.

Beginning at 37 weeks, your doula team is on call for you 24/7 through 42 weeks. During this time, they are prepared & ready to come to you when in-person support is needed, ensuring continuous, reliable support as your birth journey unfolds.

When you feel ready for additional support, your doula will join you at your home, hospital, or birth center to provide continuous, hands-on care throughout labor & birth. Support continues after delivery & includes up to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care to assist with recovery, feeding & early bonding.

2 - 3 hour daytime in-home postpartum visits.
Your doula team will do an initial in-home visit within 2-5 days post-birth. Your second visit will be during week 2 of your postpartum space. Your postpartum support visits are designed to help your family transition back home.
Your doulas will focus on your recovery & healing, breastfeeding/bottle feeding education, newborn care education & overall family support.
All of our doulas are trained in postpartum care, newborn education & breastfeeding/bottle feeding support.

If desired, your doula team will meet with you virtually for a 30-45 minute check-in between weeks 3 & 4 postpartum. This time offers space to talk through your recovery, feeding, emotional well-being, & any questions as you continue adjusting to life with your newborn.
